You agree not to use this Request a Service to post any message which is deliberately inaccurate, knowingly misleading, defamatory, obscene, abusive, harassing, threatening, invasive of another’s privacy, or in any way violates any law. Messages can be posted almost instantaneously in the notice board area. While Wotzon.com may attempt to monitor many messages and assist in finding answers, we cannot be held responsible for the messages posted because of the volume and speed of posting. We therefore do not guarantee the accuracy, intent or politeness of any posting. The messages express the views of the authors and not necessarily those of Wotzon.com. We, however, have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable timeframe. You agree to indemnify and hold us outside of any claim based on transmission or receipt of any message. If Wotzon.com receives a complaint, or legal action arises as the result of message(s) posted by you, we reserve the right to reveal your identity, or relevant information about the messages. Messages will generally be posted for a period of no more than 21 days, however Wotzon.com makes no guarantees in terms of the posting or period of the posting. Wotzon.com will act upon a request for removal of the posting, by the original message sender, with reasonable effort, but we cannot guarantee speedy removal.
